A Very Merry Viscount is book four in The Spirited Storms series by Jane Charles. I thoroughly enjoyed this book. What do you do when the man you have a crush on thinks you are an imbecile? This book took me by surprise. I enjoyed the various twists and turns in the plot.  I loved the Irish hero – Andrew Delaney, Viscount Straffan. So many Regency Era romances have all English characters. I found this romance to be a nice change. I liked the heroine Tabitha Storm but Andrew stole the show for me. “He stared down at her, his blue eyes darkening. “Normally. I make wise decisions, but with ye, lass…” He didn’t finish his sentence and instead placed his lips against hers again and this time he also wrapped his arms about her, pulling Tabitha close. She clung to his shoulders as Straffan deepened the kiss, warming her inside and out.” Another great book in a truly lovely series. This is a sweet romance with only a few heated kisses.
