Biohacking for the Sales Athlete by Nicole Elizabeth Ward is a wonderful book about optimizing personal health to transform results for executives. I am not an executive, nor am I a sales person. I am just a mom running my home. Even though I am not the target audience for this book, I found it to be so enlightening and helpful. The author gives so many resources to assist individuals in taking practical steps to complete health. Here is a quote that I found impactful at the very beginning of the book: “Power without regulation distorts. Power without coherence fragments. Power without embodied awareness becomes dangerous—not necessarily in dramatic ways, but in subtle, cumulative ones that shape cultures, policies, and lives downstream. I believe the nervous system is the hidden infrastructure of leadership.” This author gives very practical and achievable steps in the quest for a healthy nervous system. I loved this book! It is short and to the point. I highly recommend it.
