In this book, Charlotte Haliday is a widow wounded by scandal and left emotionally crippled by her murdered husband’s betrayal. David Scott is a wounded warrior confined to a wheelchair. Rejected by his last love because of his disability, he builds walls around his heart. A Hero to Hold is a complicated love affair revealing raw emotion and heart aching romance. The characters are wonderfully complex and real. This is a very steamy romance. I couldn’t put it down.
