Runaway Bride at its best! Piccadilly Player is book two in the Rakes of Rotten Row series. I thoroughly enjoyed this story. Lady Gardenia Hathaway is the older sister of Marigold Hathaway the heroine in book one. Nia is forced to wed an ancient degenerate duke at the behest of her abusive father. But half way through the wedding, she bolts down the aisle and crashes into a real rakes carriage. What will become of her? This story has some twists and turns that I didn’t see coming. It has quite a few steamy scenes. I really enjoyed the chemistry between Jasper and Nia. Can’t wait to read more in this series.
