This Earl of Mine is book one in the new Bow Street Bachelors series by Kate Bateman. This was truly a creative story – unlike any I have read before. Heiress Georgiana Caversteed is a delightful heroine who is desperate to evade a grasping cousin. When she marries a convict, she believes she will never see him again. Benedict Wylde is a second son and working for Bow street undercover in Newgate prison, when he finds himself married to a beautiful heiress. I thought this story line was extremely inventive. There are twists and turns that I didn’t expect and even some laugh out loud moments. Truly a great book!
