To Conquer A Scot is book one in the Time Travelers Highland Love series by Tamara Gill. Abigail Cross is on a Scottish vacation when she is magically summoned back in time to 1601 Scotland. Abigail meets the laird of Druiminn Castle, Aedan McLeod. The story progresses with Abigail trying to convince him that she is from the future and Aedan adjusting to a woman who is either mad, a liar or a spy from another clan. Personally, I absolutely loved this book. It captivated me. I thought it had everything a reader could want – romance, drama, intrigue, humor. It was lovely. There are some steamy scenes. I am certainly game for more of Ms Gill’s works. I highly recommend this book.
